A wise man once told me, “when people in a movement will not listen to those teachers that are universally recognized as being authoritive within that movement, it’s inevitable to end due to doctrinal disputes. That’s the problem with all movements born out of offense.”

That can preach to the moon and back in my opinion! Are we guilty of leaving one thing or system out of offense only to substitute it with another system whose foundational cornerstone is offense? I confess that I was guilty of this. Who else will raise their hands?

The next progression of God in the restoration of ALL things can’t be built on offense. Attacking, abusing, and constantly criticizing others only causes us to forfeit our commission in the grand scheme of things. May the God of Israel give us wisdom and revelation as to how to come out of the quicksand that is rapidly swallowing us up.
