Joel Sanchez, Crucified Life Ministries
SPECIAL * ADDITIONAL 20 MINUTES ADDED BY JOEL SANCHEZ AFTER THE SHOW CONCLUDED

Today Joel Sanchez joined The Hebrew Nation Morning Show for a second time to talk about the importance of leadership training and our next generation of leaders to be found within our teenagers. To prepare the teens for their upcoming commissions Joel and his many associates have set up two separate teen camps held in January and February for training and instruction. One camp is for the Spanish speaking and the other camp is for English speaking, though this may change next year when bilinguals will be included within the Spanish speaking camp.

The goal of the camps is to instill vision and to activate the teens – launching them as disciples to begin fulfilling their roles at home. So much of life is wasted in the “School of Hard Knocks”, when instead it’s possible to teach our young people to avoid the pitfalls we ourselves have fallen into and to instead choose the straight path into life.

“Confined in every follower is a hidden leader – people are born to become leaders.”

Just like seeds in nature, we too are to submit to a process. The process is to purposely release our own will on a daily basis. “We exist to do something – we are full of purpose.”

Take note, just like for a seed, your environment is very important. “Release the purpose in you, then we no longer will care about fitting in but to stand out in HaMeshiach.”

“It’s not about being accepted but about being Exceptional.”

“Go from being simply employed to being Deployed!” We are to be the salt and light to this world – in our generation, in our community and within us as individuals.

The natural is a shadow of the spiritual – ones environment impacts everything. “What has your attention – has you!”

Remember that Moshe was called after 40 years of age. Before that he was born and bred in Egypt and according to Acts 7:22 And Moses was learned in all the wisdom of the Egyptians, and was mighty in words and in deeds.

It wasn’t until after he had spent 40 years in the desert being purified and humbled that YHVH was able to use Moshe. Why? It took 40 years to get out what it took 40 years to put in!

1Sa 2:7-8 KJV
(7) The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up.
(8) He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD’S, and he hath set the world upon them.

Brethren the process of being a seed involves being pricked and softened by the water (Ruach HaKodesh), it involves a worthy soil (environment), it involves dying (to self) and growing by the sun (heavens) reaching out towards others (works) and producing fruit with more seed!
There is so much more in this interview including an extended section for Joel to cover that last half hour he thought he had!

We thank you for joining us today and pray Abba bless you as You seek His will in your lives. Teresa Casalino & Kimberly Rogers
