If your local community would never miss a beat if your fellowship ceased to exist, then its time to go back to the drawing board and ask yourself as individuals and leaders what are we doing? In this session Joel continues to share about focus and distraction but in a different light. In this session we talk about passion, influence, and walking out your purpose. When you realize what you are doing its a good thing. The real issue is when you realize WHY your are doing something. When you realize WHY you do something then what you are doing it for has more of an impact.
